At Pivot, we spend our days helping teams like yours make sense of HubSpot. That’s why we’re excited when big, helpful updates come along—especially ones that simplify how you handle your data and make your everyday work just a little smoother.
Operations Hub just released several improvements designed to save you and your team hours of tedious manual work. Let's check out exactly what's new, why you should care, and how these updates can improve your daily workflow.
Does your team rely on Monday.com alongside HubSpot? If so, you're in luck.
HubSpot recently launched a new Monday.com connector app available in the HubSpot marketplace. You can download it regardless of your HubSpot subscription. However, to fully leverage the integration—including custom field mapping and flexible object syncing—Operations Hub Starter (or higher) is required.
If you’ve ever wrestled with syncing custom data from other apps into HubSpot (looking at you, Airtable and Microsoft Dynamics), this update is your new best friend.
The object mapping experience within Operations Hub has gotten a significant upgrade. Previously, sync options were limited, showing only objects that closely matched HubSpot’s native objects—usually contacts and companies. Now, you can clearly see every object available from both sides, HubSpot’s and the external platform’s perspective.
Additionally, you're no longer limited to syncing just standard objects. With Operations Hub, you can now map external data directly into your HubSpot custom objects as well.
Duplicate records in your CRM are a huge annoyance, right? Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise now tackles this instantly. Instead of waiting overnight, duplicates are flagged in real-time, ready for you to merge them quickly.
Also new is a faster merge interface that lets you quickly confirm, reject, or skip merges. If you prefer automation, Auto-Merge automatically merges duplicate contacts based on your own criteria.
Operations Hub Enterprise users have even stronger warehouse integration capabilities. Snowflake, BigQuery, and Amazon S3 integrations mean your powerful warehouse data and insights can now flow effortlessly into HubSpot.
Better integration with your data warehouse isn't just for the tech folks on your team—it's valuable for everyone. When warehouse insights flow easily into HubSpot, every department benefits from richer context, faster access to important insights, and ultimately better, faster decision-making.
These Operations Hub updates aren't just shiny new features—they’re designed to practically improve your day-to-day workflow. Whether you're integrating projects from Monday.com, syncing crucial data from your warehouse, or keeping your CRM squeaky clean, these updates help you do it smarter, faster, and with less frustration.
At Pivot, we specialize in helping businesses make the most out of HubSpot. If you’re curious about these updates, want some advice on implementation, or just have questions about HubSpot best practices, our team’s here to help.
